We, at Fine Butters and Scrubs, gladly accept refunds or exchanges along with a reason for the exchange or refund within 7 days from delivery for unburned candles, car scents, unmelted wax melts, unopened potpourri and any other home item.
Ship items (unburned candles, unmelted wax melts, unopened potpourri and any other unused home item) back within 14 days from delivery.
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for scrubs, clay mask, body oil, body butter or any other spa item or body item. Contact us at FineButtersandScrubs@yahoo.com and we will try our best to work with you. Customer satisfaction is one of our main concerns.
We take extra care to make sure you do not receive a damaged item. In the case that an item comes to you damaged, please take a clear picture of your broken item inside the box with packaging and a clear picture of the shipping label on the outside of the box within 72 hours. Send us your clear pictures along with which of your items were damaged to FineButtersandScrubs@yahoo.com and we will send a replacement out to you within 3 business days. ALWAYS OPEN EACH PACKAGE WITH CARE. A BROKEN GLASS CANDLE WILL BE SHARP AND COULD CAUSE INJURY.
We do not offer refund or exchange due to "frosting" or cold spots on the candle. These are normal and common occurrences with soy wax candles.
If an item cannot be delivered and is returned back to us, it is the shopper's responsibility to pay for the item to be re-shipped. To keep this from happening, please check and double check that all "ship to" address's are correct.
All items are handmade and will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
